Shipping Locations

Canada
We currently ship within Canada.

United States
Shipping to the U.S. is temporarily paused while we work on launching a U.S. warehouse. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving our U.S. customers again soon.

Europe
We do not ship directly to Europe at this time. However, we do work with several retailers in Europe who carry our products, and we’d be happy to point you in the right direction. Please contact us for recommendations.

Shipping Rates (Canada Only)

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $49+ (before tax), excluding Extra Long Cat Teasers

  • Orders of $99+ ship free, even if an Extra Long Cat Teaser is included

Flat-Rate Shipping

  • $7.99 flat rate on orders under $49 (without Extra Long Cat Teasers)

  • Extra Long Cat Teasers:
    Due to their size, a $13.99 flat shipping rate applies
    (Free shipping still applies on orders of $99+)

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days

  • Shipped via Canada Post, UPS Standard, Fedex or Purolator.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on location and weather condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition.

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not cover return or exchange shipping unless the item arrives damaged

Include your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We’ll review the issue and work toward a satisfactory solution.
